Dream: The Wake and the Silver

Note: I had this one back in July of 2022, but just forgot to post it, so here it is:

In this dream I was at what seemed like a Wake for someone who had recently died that we all admired. While at the party we discovered a small closet off the main dining hall that contained a box filled with packets of silver coins. Each packet contained two 1oz rounds, and each one had its original purchase price sticker on it showing that they cost $40 (so $20 for each 1oz round in the packages) each when originally purchased. We only looked at them, but nobody removed any of them from the room. At the end of the party, as we were getting ready to leave, they officially opened the closet, and then evenly distributed the packets of silver coins to everyone in the room.

They then brought out this HUGE box of silver quarters (not sure if they were made of silver, or just looked really shiny as if they were) and began dividing them up into these little envelopes. No idea how much was in each, but there couldn't have been more than 10 quarters per packet/envelope. Whatever the amount, everyone got the same quantity per envelope, and the same number of envelopes, with each person's collection stored in a plastic grocery bag that was given to them.

Eventually they finished evenly distributing the quarters to everyone, but still had some left over. So they put those in an envelope, and then called out my name. I replied, "I'm here", to which one of the young ladies came over with the packet of extra quarters, and said, "Here, this is for you," and put the extra packet in my grocery bag. I felt a little embarrassed that I was receiving special treatment, but the others didn't seem to mind. We all then turned and left to go our separate ways.

Interpretation: God was showing me that He had given me, not only the same forgiveness that He's given to others, but also an extra measure of it just for me, which is important, and a very big deal to me given how grieved I have been about some of my past sins and transgressions.  So He was showing me that He didn't just forgive me, but He forgave me in an extra measure, which is a huge thing for me.
