In the dream I'm standing in my bedroom, and in the middle of the room is this huge pile of fruit. Curious of it, I walk over to touch it. However, as soon as I do, this swarm of wasps, like the Asian Giant Hornet, come flooding out of this pile of fruit. This absolutely freaks me out and I go running, but they chase me everywhere. I then see the building maintenance guys walk up to me and one of them yells at me, and says, "You need to clean up your mess!" referring to the wasps. I complain to them like, "They're wasps. They'll sting me bad." The maintenance guy just waves dismissively at this, and says they're earwig wasps. They're the most gentle wasp in the world. Their bite is like a love tap."
So then I go back to where the wasps are and find them now gathered in the hallway in this great big swarm. But this time they're really docile and harmless. Some of them are even sitting on this floor fan that's blowing. Deciding to deal with them, I tap the first group and not only do they not attack me, they fall into the fan and are destroyed. Yes, they make a gigantic mess as they are, but they're easily destroyed. I then take the face off the fan and use it like a weed whacker to destroy the rest of the wasps, which is now this super easy task. The dream ends there.

My Interpretation:
I feel that this was both a spiritual warfare dream, and a message to me not to fear those things that try to attack me, and my life. Allow me to explain. Earwigs, for those who don't know, are a harmless garden bug. Well, harmless to humans, anyways. To plants, and especially fruits, they will absolutely wreck havoc. Now, let's back up and look at how and where they first appeared. They were in my bedroom, in a pile of fruits. A bedroom is symbolic of a place of intimacy, and inside a house, especially my childhood home like in this case, it's a place close to the center of my heart. The pile of fruits, in this case, would represent the fruit or fruitfulness of my life that is deep in my heart.
So, despite being loud, scary, and painful looking, they weren't a threat to me. They were a threat to the fruitfulness of my heart. They were after that fruit. Hence "earwig" bugs that looked like wasps. So totally harmless to me, despite being scary looking, and only dangerous to my spiritual fruit. Yet, oddly enough, as I remember, they didn't harm the fruit that was in my room. They came after me and pretended that they were going to harm me to drive me away from that fruit, and that bedroom, to hinder my fruitfulness. But then the maintenance guy (an angel?) showed me that I had nothing to fear, after which I easily dealt with them, and no harm came to me, or my fruit.
It reminds me of a John Paul Jackson dream where he had a similar experience, and an angel showed him that he could easily get rid of the bees that were attacking him, simply by blowing on them, which he did, after which he had no further issues with demonic attacks in real life that preceded his dream, and its resolution. So I feel like this is kinda the same thing, with God showing me that, even though the devil would try to attack me, he will neither harm me, nor my spiritual fruit, and I can easily get rid of them when they do show up. I just have to step up and get rid of them when they do, and it's easy to do.
I also almost think that the fan that I used to do this is symbolic of the breath of God. I just have to speak the words and He takes care of the rest. I mean, fans blow wind, right? And when we speak, we exhale, and air is moved as we do. So wouldn't that be the same thing symbolically here? I believe it is. Anyhow, that's my thoughts on this. This dream was both a lesson, and an encouragement, and I'm glad I received it. :)
