Hey there, everyone!  I've got something unusual to share with you, and this is a completely new one for me.  I've never, ever had this happen before.  Similar things, sure, but never anything exactly like this.  Anyhow, the summary of this is, I had a bottle of strawberry juice in my fridge that I'd opened to use while making a favorite fruit drink of mine.  The problem with that is that the strawberry juice is pasteurized, with zero preservatives. (bear with me, I'm getting to my point, lol)  That means it has to stay in the fridge, and has a short shelf life once opened, regardless if it's refrigerated or not.  Anyhow, due to some things that I have coming up, I'm needing to go completely sugar free for a few months.  The problem with that is is, which goes back to the strawberry juice, is that it won't hold that long without going bad.  So I considered dividing it up into smaller containers and freezing it to try and save it.

Now this is where the miracle comes in.  When I pulled the bottle out of the fridge, I kid you not, it was completely sealed, tamper label on it, etc, as though it had never been opened.  That bottle wasn't like that 2 minutes earlier.  I know that for a fact because I'd already taken a large portion out of it a few days back, and I could see that missing portion when I'd opened the fridge just two minutes before that.  IE, the first time I opened the fridge, the bottle had clearly been opened, a portion (about a quarter of the bottle) taken out, and the tamper seal removed.  I then closed the door, walked away, and came back 2 minutes later to find the bottle had miraculously reverted to a pre-opened state, completely fully, with the tamper seal in place, and zero evidence that it had ever been opened.  And, like I said, I know it was open before, as I remember measuring out 1cup of juice (8oz out of a 33oz jar, or 1/4 of the bottle) into one of my mixes from that specific bottle.  Yet, now you can't tell that it was ever touched.

Is that wild or what?  Like I said, weird miracle, as I've never seen that happen before in that particular way. ^_^  Evidently God didn't want me to waste that juice, or risk it going bad (probably wouldn't have in the freezer, but it would've created space issues that I really can't afford right now), so He just hit the "reset" button on that juice bottle for me. lol.  This, I would say, ranks right up there right alongside the miracle He gave me of the $80 shopping trip where I left the house with $80 in my wallet (4 $20 bills), and returned with $80, and yet spent $80 across 4 locations ($20 per location).  Anyhow, just wanted to share this with all of you guys as I thought it was really neat. :)
